VGM Group’s Certified Environmental Access Consultant (C.E.A.C.) online credential is a finalist for a Dorland Health Silver Crown Award in the Aging in Place Program category. The Dorland awards recognize excellence in senior services.
Administering the C.E.A.C. credential is VGM’s Accessible Home Improvement of America (AHIA), a group formed to help home medical equipment providers expand their businesses by entering the home modifications market.
“We are thrilled that Dorland, a publishing company which focuses on case managers, has recognized the C.E.A.C. credential,” said Jerry Keiderling, president of AHIA. “We’ve always been strong believers in aging in place, and individuals who have received this credential are qualified to help individuals modify their environments so they can stay in their homes.”
Also nominated is Susan Bachner of Susan Bachner Consulting, LLC, a Certified Environmental Access Consultant.
The Silver Crown Awards Luncheon will be March 8 in Las Vegas. For more information, contact Jerry Keiderling at 800-642-6065, 319-274-6531 or jerry.keiderling@vgm.com.
