Starting next week The MED Group will kick off a 50-city Competitive Bidding Institute seminar series designed to help providers understand the program and properly prepare for Round Two of competitive bidding.
The all-day program aims to deliver four key elements:
- An understanding of how the competitive bidding process works and the problems, issues and opportunities gleaned from Round One of the program.
- Information, tools, and a sense of confidence that a provider is ready to prepare for the bidding process in Round Two.
- Ideas and direction on how to improve an organization in order to succeed in the changing HME business environment, regardless of the outcome of competitive bidding.
- A list of tasks, projects and assignments to begin working on immediately.
The seminars cost $49 for MED Group members (for two attendees); $49 for MHA members (for two attendees); $89 for members of state associations who are not MED Group members; and $129 for attendees who are neither state association nor MED Group members.
