Circuit Board Designed for Use on Shabbat

Shabbat

The Shabbat module circuit board mounts inside the throttle enclosure of an Amigo scooter and is designed for use on Shabbat. The Halachicallyauthorized device features an on/off key switch for Shabbat and normal modes. In the Shabbat mode, the timing circuit takes seven to 11 seconds to start the Amigo’s movement, and no throttle lever activation is required by the user. The user can pull the lever to go faster because the module has activated the motor relay circuit.
