Sunrise Medical’s JAY Ion cushion, designed for
users requiring moderate skin protection and positioning,
features a soft, contoured foam base that
provides stability and a firmer foam layer beneath
the pelvis that provides additional structural
support. The firmness of the foam base increases
with the cushion width for proper immersion at
various weight ranges. The easy-to-clean stretchable
inner cover features a water-resistant, anti-wicking
seam thread and Aqua-guard zipper. The washable
outer cover uses X-static fiber, a silver-impregnated,
antimicrobial and odor-reducing material.
